Beyond a range of coatings for the protection, insulation and decoration of facades, the researchers of PRB have developed different ranges: products for masons, painters, soliers, tilers , as well as multiple thermal insulation systems from the outside. PRB is the 3rd largest producer of facade coatings in France and the leading independent manufacturer with 600,000 tons of products manufactured per year.
Located in Vendée, PRB chooses the COOX solution again to supervise a new site.Combined with a SQL Server database server and an important management software, the COOX software and its MESbox SCADA module, allow the optimal management of the production. Thanks to the supervision synoptics, it is possible to follow in real time the evolution of the product in the circuits, to visualize all the equipment of the factory, to control them and to display the different alarms referring to them.Other visuals also make it possible to manage the resources (products, users, places of storage, planning of manufacture ...), to display the log of the realized actions, the events of the process, the various alarms with their duration as well as the real-time operation of the machines and their actual energy consumption.
