Launch of the new version of the COOX V9 MES COOX Origin 9

We are pleased to announce the release of COOX Origin 9, a major update to our MES software which includes many improvements designed to modernize your applications, simplify deployment, and improve the performance of your industrials projects.

Each COOX Origin development object has a default property called version.
When the Automatic Versioning option is enabled, the version number is automatically generated using three numeric components:

• Major Version.
• Minor Version.
• Patch.

When committing a change to a COOX object, the Version field displays the formatted value of the version that will be saved if the user confirms the commit. A dialog box then allows the user to select the version type that corresponds to the nature of the changes to be saved:

• Patch (default selection): increments the patch number while keeping the major and minor version numbers unchanged.

• Minor Version: Resets the patch number and increments the minor version number, while retaining the major version number.
• Major Version: Resets the patch and minor version numbers and increments the major version number.

This numbering system makes it easier to quickly and accurately identify the version of a COOX Origin object within its development history.

• Allows users to easily define and modify product bills of materials, with clear tracking of components and quantities.
• Facilitates dynamic management of material lists, with improved integration into manufacturing recipes.
• Enhances traceability and quality control by accurately linking each component to production batches.
• Increases flexibility to manage different product versions or variants through a dedicated interface.
